01 General Provisions

69 BD (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 69 BD and its users.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

04 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Every account must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before a withdrawal can be processed. This is part of international anti-money laundering regulations.

Documents typically required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method used (mobile number or bank statement).

06 Gaming Rules

All games on the 69 BD platform are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, ensuring every outcome is completely fair and verifiable.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the system will automatically determine the game outcome.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and cannot be changed.
• Bets placed on Sports Betting cannot be cancelled before the official result is announced.
• Using fraudulent strategies or software will result in permanent account termination.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 69 BD and will result in immediate action if detected:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.

• Attempting to hack or modify the gaming software.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Under the following circumstances, 69 BD may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Detection of suspicious financial transactions.
